Keep your controller up to date
Firmware updates can bring refinements and new features to your Prismal controller.
Prepare for the update
Keep your phone close to the controller and make sure both have enough power to stay on until the update completes.
Check for an update
- Connect to your controller in the Prismal app.
- Open the controller settings and look for the firmware update option.
- Follow the on-screen prompts if an update is available.
After installation
Let the controller reconnect before making changes. If the app does not reconnect automatically, close and reopen the controller screen.
