Keep your controller up to date
Firmware updates can bring refinements and new features to your Prismal controller.
Prepare for the update
Keep your phone/tablet close to the controller and make sure both have enough power to stay on until the update completes. Please do not power off or disconnect from the controller during the update.
Check for an update
- Connect to your controller in the Prismal app.
- Open the controller settings and look for the 'Firmware Update' card.
- Tap the 'Check' button then 'Update'
- Follow the on-screen prompts if an update is available.
After installation
The controller will re-boot and disconnect from the app. Simply reconnect to your controller.
Re-Installing current firmware
In the event you experience issues with your controller you can re-install the current firmware. Simply follow this same guide. If you are running the latest firmware you will be prompted to re-install the current version.
