This includes products that have been installed on a vehicle, even if the customer later decides that they no longer want the product.
Refunds for used, installed, modified, or otherwise altered products may be considered at our sole discretion but are not guaranteed.
Any discretionary refund may be reduced or denied depending on the condition of the returned product.
Products must be installed and used according to the provided installation instructions or materials listed on the product webpage.
Damage resulting from, but not limited to, improper installation, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, electrical shorts, physical damage, modification, misuse, neglect, failure to follow installation instructions, or installation in an unsuitable location may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or warranty coverage.
We strongly recommend verifying all wiring and connections before applying power to the product.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us before attempting to modify, repair, or disassemble the product.
We may request photos, videos, or other information to help diagnose the issue.
If we determine that a product has a manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion and as required by applicable law, provide a replacement, replacement component, repair, or refund.
Products damaged through installation, misuse, modification, or other customer-caused damage may not be considered defective.

For approved returns of eligible, new and unused products, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned product.
