Build your first animation
Custom effects are built one layer at a time, so you can start simple and add personality when you are ready.
Start with a foundation
Choose a base layer first. A solid color, fade, or rainbow gives the animation a clear starting point and makes later changes easier to see.
Add a second layer
- Create a new animation in the app.
- Select a base effect and set its color and motion.
- Add another layer, such as chase or twinkle, for contrast.
- Choose a blend mode and preview the combined result.
Refine, then save
Change one setting at a time while you preview. Once the result feels right, save it with a name you will recognize later.
